All Phase is led by third-generation contractor Jeremy Elliott. Jeremy oversees construction in the field, while our family-run office keeps every project organized, informed, and moving forward.
Built on a construction legacy dating back to 1985, we bring hands-on experience and personal attention to every residential and commercial project. The work has changed over the decades, but the approach has not: show up, build it right, and tell the customer the truth about what you find.
Today we build complete residential and commercial shell packages across Palm Beach County, along with the concrete, masonry and carpentry that go into them.

How We Work
What you can expect
One contractor, the whole shell
Footings, slab, block, and framing are set out by the same team from the same drawings, so there is no gap between trades to argue over.
Built to the engineering
Tie beams, filled cells, strapping and anchorage go in as drawn, and each phase is documented as it is inspected.
A straight answer
If something on the plans will not work in the field, we raise it before it becomes a change order, not after.
Family-run office
The same people answer the phone every time, and they know where your job is without having to check.
